Are you a nordic artisan – or do you know one?

In Accessories, Art, Clothing, Home & Living, Jewellery, Kids & baby, Nordic Artisans by the NOORVERK team

NOORVERK is a global online marketplace for nordic artisans (designers, craftsmen, artists and DIY-creatives) where they can connect with people from around the world to sell unique handmade items. They can display their products in a global market, where thoughtful consumers can discover them and build relationships with the people who make them.

So right now we are looking for some of the best artisans in Scandinavia. Are you one of them, or do you know somebody who is?

ARTISAN /ˈɑː(ɹ)tɪzən/, /ˈɑː(ɹ)tɪzæn/

On Wikipedia an artisan is described as: An Artisan (from French: artisan, Italian: artigiano) is a skilled craft worker who makes or creates things by hand that may be functional or strictly decorative, for example furniture, decorative arts, sculptures, clothing, jewellery, household items and tools or even mechanical mechanisms such as the handmade clockwork movement of a watchmaker. Artisans practice a craft and may through experience and aptitude reach the expressive levels of an artist.

It doesn’t matter if you are a design student, if you make cool things in your spare time, if you are an entrepreneur hoping to make it big or an established artisan on the looks for a new sales channel. The only thing that matters is that you are based in the nordics, create things made by hand and that you are damn good at it! If you are one of the artisans we are looking for at NOORVERK we would love to hear from you!
